Sheri is a Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Management Specialist. She is also a wife and mother of two beautiful children. Her passion in the health industry arose from experiencing health issues in her younger years. Out of this passion came a drive to help herself and her clients to reach their health goals physically. Whether you want to eat healthier, lose weight, gain lean muscle tone, or even train to climb one of the Adirondack’s High Peaks, Sheri can help you get there. She knows all too well the struggle of being overweight (having gained 50lbs through both pregnancies). She firmly believes that if she can do it, anyone can!
Sheri believes in abundant living – which to her is a whole body approach. She loves to help people with nutrition and show them how uncomplicated it can be when you boil it down. This brings her to her second passion- FOOD!
Her holistic approach to food will have you believing that healthy food can taste amazing, satisfy a sweet tooth, and give you a lean body. She also believes you can have your cake and eat it too! This is what she calls being real! Real life, real families, real living.
Sheri is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and a Weight Loss Management Specialist through NCCPT (National Council for Certified Personal Trainers). She is also certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid through ASTI (American Safety Training Institute). She is always continuing her education weather by classes or personal research.
